Admin, Administrator Options
The program was modified:
To add the View Courses Marked Ready to Post button allowing you to view and print a report of all courses marked as ready to post. The button is only displayed after all courses are marked as ready to post. (iTCCS2591* and txeis16234*) (2.4.4)
To add the Students with no Exam Grade button allowing you to view and print a report of all students who have a blank exam grade for the current cycle. The button is only displayed after all courses are marked as ready to post, and only if there are students with a blank exam grade for the cycle. (iTCCS2591* and txeis16234*) (2.4.4)
To display the following message under the Mark Ready to Post button when there are no courses marked as ready to post: “X Courses have not been Marked Ready to Post,” where X is the number of courses which have not been marked as ready to post. Previously, the message was “0 Courses that are Marked as Ready to Post.” (iTCCS3025) (2.4.4)
Admin, Admin Skills-Based Report Card Setup
The program was modified:
To correct the problem that caused a new grading type to not appear in the Grading Type field until you logged out of txGradebook, and then logged in again (iTCCS only). (txeis15111) (2.4.3)

Grades, Assignment Grades
The program was modified:
To correct column misalignment in the assignment grades table that occurred when you scrolled to the bottom of the page (iTCCS only). (2.4.3)
To replace the Exclude All check boxes at the bottom of the assignment grade columns with Exclude All buttons. If you click Exclude All, the button for the column turns red, and all indicator icons are red to indicate that the grade is excluded for the student. (txeis15981*) (2.4.4)

Grades, Assignment Grades (Skills-Referenced)
The program was modified:
To correct column misalignment in the scores table that occurred if you were using the Safari Web browser (iTCCS only). (2.4.3)
To allow you to type the following in the score field as shortcuts for grade properties (iTCCS only): (2.4.3)
I - Incomplete
L - Late
R - Redo
When you type one of these codes and click Save, an icon is displayed next to the score field that indicates the properties associated with the score. This includes codes X and M, which were added in a previous release.
Notes:
When a property is selected for one of an assignment’s associated skills, it is duplicated for all other associated skills for the assignment.
Codes I and M can be replaced by typing a score over the code. However, codes L, R, and X must be changed in the Grade Properties dialog box on the Student Assignment Grades: Skills-Referenced page.
Grades, Student Assignment Grades: Skills Referenced
The program was modified:
To allow you to access the page from the menu. Previously, the page could only be accessed by clicking a student’s name on the Assignment Grades (Skills-Referenced) page (iTCCS only). (2.4.3)
To display one or more icons next to the score field to indicate any properties associated with the score (iTCCS only). (2.4.3)
Grades, Interim Progress Reports
The program was modified:
To display the following messages next to (or in place of) a score to indicate any grade properties applied to the score for skills-referenced courses (iTCCS only): (2.4.3)
I - Incomplete
L - Late
M - Missing
R - Redo
X - Excluded
Previously, these messages were only displayed for nonskills-referenced (i.e., regular) courses.
Grades, Print IPR
The program was modified to display the following message if you attempt to select an elementary skills-based course for which to print IPRs: “This is a Skills-Based course. Categories do not apply.” You cannot print IPRs for a skills-based course. Previously, you were not prevented from printing IPRs for these courses, and the IPRs displayed invalid data. Discipline, Discipline Referrals
This is a new program that allows teachers to enter discipline referrals in txGradebook. The referrals can be submitted to an administrator for review and further action. The page is only available if the campus allows teachers to enter referrals in txGradebook; otherwise, the Discipline menu is not displayed (iTCCS only). (txeis16152*) (2.4.3)
Settings, Updated Admin Profile
The program was modified to correct the problem that prevented administrative users from updating hint questions/answers. Previously, a program error was generated when you clicked Next after updating the data in the Question and Answer fields. (txeis16353) (2.4.4)
Settings, Administer Categories
The program was modified to only display weighting types (i.e., Percentage, Point, and Multiplier) that are allowed by the campus. Any weighting types not allowed by the campus are not displayed (iTCCS only). (iTCCS2861) (2.4.4)
If you are using a weighting type that the campus decides to disallow partway through the current year, the following applies:
You can continue to use the weighting type until the end of the year. After the current year, that weighting type will no longer be available.
If you select another weighting type during the current year, you will not be able to reselect the disallowed weighting type.
Settings, Course Grouping
This is a new feature that allows you to group courses by semester. This allows you to enter grades, administer categories and assignments, and copy categories and assignments for multiple sections at the same time, without having to switch from section to section. Courses must be grouped at the beginning of the semester before any categories are added. (iTCCS2718* and txeis14997*) (2.4.4)
Once you have grouped the courses, all categories and assignments for the courses will match. The courses will be displayed as grouped on the following pages:

Settings, Student Group Manager
The program was modified:

Reports, Attendance Verification Report
The program was modified to allow the report to be run for four-semester campuses (iTCCS only). (2.4.3)
System
The program was modified to prevent you from making any selections from menus or fields while a request is being made to the Web server. Previously, data could be written to the wrong columns if you made changes while a postback was occurring. (txeis16330) (2.4.4)
