Previously, these messages were only displayed for nonskills-referenced (i.e., regular) courses.

The program was modified to display the following message if you attempt to select an elementary skills-based course for which to print IPRs: “This is a Skills-Based course. Categories do not apply.” You cannot print IPRs for a skills-based course. Previously, you were not prevented from printing IPRs for these courses, and the IPRs displayed invalid data. (txeis15169*) (2.4.4)

This is a new program that allows teachers to enter discipline referrals in txGradebook. The referrals can be submitted to an administrator for review and further action. The page is only available if the campus allows teachers to enter referrals in txGradebook; otherwise, the Discipline menu is not displayed (iTCCS only). (txeis16152*) (2.4.3)

The program was modified to correct the problem that prevented administrative users from updating hint questions/answers. Previously, a program error was generated when you clicked Next after updating the data in the Question and Answer fields. (txeis16353) (2.4.4)

The program was modified to only display weighting types (i.e., Percentage, Point, and Multiplier) that are allowed by the campus. Any weighting types not allowed by the campus are not displayed (iTCCS only). (iTCCS2861) (2.4.4)

This allows you to enter grades, administer categories and assignments, and copy categories and assignments for multiple sections at the same time, without having to switch from section to section. Courses must be grouped at the beginning of the semester before any categories are added. (iTCCS2718* and txeis14997*) (2.4.4)

Once you have grouped the courses, all categories and assignments for the courses will match. The courses will be displayed as grouped on the following pages:

This is a new feature that allows you to copy a teacher’s student groups to another teacher. You can access the page by clicking the Copy groups to another teacher link on the Group Manager page. (iTCCS2593* and txeis15689*) (2.4.4)

The program was modified to allow the report to be run for four-semester campuses (iTCCS only). (2.4.3)

The program was modified to prevent you from making any selections from menus or fields while a request is being made to the Web server. Previously, data could be written to the wrong columns if you made changes while a postback was occurring. (txeis16330) (2.4.4)

txConnect

The program was modified to display real-time discipline data. Previously, data was updated at specific times throughout the day (iTCCS only). (txeis15392) (2.4.4)
